I wish I had found this site before I rented from Franklin West

If you want value and a nice place to live, look elsewhere. If you want to pay too much and have others take advantage of you, look no further. As a person with a long-term rental history, I've seen the whole range of landlords. The apartments that Franklin West manages are decent if not above-average in amenities. However, you'll pay much more than they're worth, the management/leasing agents can not be trusted, and they'll nickel-and-dime you to death.
