You will pay an above average price to rent from Franklin West Apartments and you will get below average service. It often times takes months for maintenance issues to be addressed. Additionally, once notice is give that you are not renting in the future, they begin showing your apartment everyday. You could be hosting an orgy at your place of residence and they will come barging in to show some unsuspecting sucker the apartment. The bottom line is there are multiple choices in the city of Pittsburgh and I would like elsewhere.
