I lived at a Glickman property on 1627 Shady Avenue for four years. They were wonderful landlords. If I had any problems they came out very quickly to resolve them even on Sundays. The rent went up moderately each year. This year as I was leaving to move to a smaller apartment, there was no increase to the rent. The rent below is the final rent. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

I am also a Glickman renter and have nothing but positive things to report about their level of attention to renter's needs. My husband and I have lived in one of their houses for nearly 7 years, and any of the problems we've ever had with the place have been addressed immediately and without cost to us.
