Years at this apartment:
2000
-
2002
Bad Points:
-on busline
-poor parking
-poor management
-poor maintance
-property is run down
- not enough closet space
Good points:
-convenient location (the only reason I stayed there for so long!!)
I lived at this community for 2years. Moved in to filthy conditions (carpet stained, ripped blinds and screens, lots of spiders!)
The snow is hardly ever cleared in the winter.
Maintance likes to leave a mess or break things when called to do a job in your place.
Laundry facility is horrible! 2 washers and 2 dryers in a dark, filthy basement!
Could you believe they call a room that is 8X6 a third bedroom'
Don't plan on getting your deposit back, they'll give some type of excuse!
