Although the location may be appealing save yourself the headache. The landscaping was never kept up. Some of the children in the apartment community are often rude and loud. When it would rain the garage would fill up with water and if there was any hard down pour the basement flooded and ruined a lot of our belongings. Also, our gas and electric bills were usually very high because the doors were old and the brick work was never repaired.
