this place is like a frat house

I lived in Governor's Ridge for 8 months and every day something else went wrong. Every time it rained I got water leaking in from the ceiling. Since the leaking ceiling made the apartment extra moist the bugs loved hanging out in my apartment more than I did. there were centapedes everywhere and they are almost too fast to catch. also with the building being situated right next to a wooded hillside there was a massive infestation on wolf spiders (giant hairy spiders). They were so big I couldn't understand how they were able to get into the apartment. The other annoying thing about Governor's Ridge is that the walls between the apartments is paper thin. You can hear your next door neighbors and the people living above and below you even if they are quietly talking to eachother; and no one at the complex talked. They all play loud music early in the morning until late at night, and there is no noise restrictions. Over all this is the worst place I've ever lived, and this includes all the slums I lived in in college. also watch what you do here. they are such sticklers for money the will try to sue you for you last months rent if you leave early. like myself who was forced out by spiders.
