A mixed experience

I would like to try to provide a more objective review based on my long-term experience at this property. I have lived there about 3 years. There are plenty of good and bad things. Things have varied with different property managers but have been better with current manager.
Pros:
1. Maintenance does a good job with most problems
2. Great location with quick access to city
3. Nice neighborhood
4. Apartments much larger then new construction
5. Garages available
6. Pleny of storage space
7. Plenty of parking
8. Rent is at market rate if you hit a rent special
9. You can have practically any Pet you want in your apartment
10. Utilities on par with other apartments I have lived in
Cons:
1. Pets run wild. There is pet poop everywhere and you can get stuck with a barking dog next store that won't shut up
2. Property can get dirty with garbage
3. I have had bad neighbors that were very dirty/loud
4. High turnover for apartments
5. Old construction with fewer outlets then new construction
6. Many residents really abuse apartments before leaving
I have not had the insect problems others have talked about. My worst problem is that the place can be like a zoo with the pets everywhere.
Overall, I think the rent is a little high but it does seem to fluctuate with occupancy.
