Governor's Ridge
AVERAGE RATING
< | >
I have lived at Governor's Ridge for about 3 years and yes, the prices on rent do fluctuate depending on occupancy, as with any apartment complex. But prices are still pretty reasonable if you compare it to other apartments. It is an older apartment complex so it does need some updating, although the bathrooms were just updated last year & the kitchens are being updated this year. I chose Governor's Ridge because of it's great location (I work in the city & it's less than a 10min. drive) and because it allows pets (I have a lab). Governor's Ridge is close to the ciy and right by McKnight Rd (lots of entertainment on McKnight Rd).

Other places in the North Hills accept Labs. try them. Believe me you'll like them much better than this place. I bet if you're still there in 2007 you'll soon be moving; the place has gone downhill a lot more in the months since you wrote this.
