We have lived in this place for almost 2 years and are now leaving early because after complaining to many times, the idiot property manager told us to just move out! The complex manager has no idea what she is doing and neither does the maintenance man. We have to call over and over to get him to come fix something and it NEVER gets fixed right. There are always tons of bugs in our apartment, they say they exterminate, but I don't beleive it. The grounds are filthy, the people are trash because everyone thats not moves out in a hurry. The Utilities are sky high, we live in a 2 BR townhouse and our gas bill has been 300.00 and up for the last 3 months and they will not fix it. I have even made repeated calls to the VP of PRG Management who also will not return my calls. Mold grows constantly in the bathrooms and the basement leaks water like crazy. I could go on all day! Please do not waste your time!
