Public restrooms are cleaner than this place!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I don't even know where to begin. Maybe with the maintenance staff or the $300.00 gas bill we have every month b/c they refuse to fix the 30 year old broke as& furnace or maybe with the aluminum foil they placed over the whole when they replaced the lock they broke on the front door. Maybe I should start with the rodents living in the chimney they will not evict but heaven forbid I am one day late on the rent and I will have an eviction notice. I know, I'll start with the property mgr. who's IQ is lower than that of all the insects living in our "exterminated" townhome put together. Maybe I should go back to the maintenance guy who either knocks on the door once and runs away trying to miss the dog ---- everywhere that they will charge you $50.00 for if your dog is caught fertilizing the dying grass or before you can answer, barges in right after he knocks. Between the lies of the property mgr and the maintenance staff it's a wonder they actually do get anything done.
