RUN, don't walk, AWAY FROM HERE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/25/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   If you like decrepit, old, unmaintained buildings, rude and noisy neighbors with mis-behaved and unsupervised children, dog POOP EVERYWHERE (ew!), old and unreliable appliances, unresponsive and ignorant management, and so much water leaking into your garage and basement that you can't use them, then this is the place for you! There are rats and mice running rampant through the buildings, HUGE scary spiders everywhere, and uncontrollably large quantities of mold growing in the bathrooms and basement. The only reason we're still here is because a) we have a larger dog and this is one of the few places where we can have her and b) we're obviously gluttons for punishment. And all this can be yours for just under $900/month! RUN AWAY FROM HERE!!
