I lived in Governor's Ridge for a year. That was the worst year of my life. Like everyone else said, there were small spiders, large spiders, red ants, bugs that were an inch long with a billion legs. Everything lived in that apartment. We chemically cleaned every week and the apartment never looked clean. The paint is peeling, there is paint on your windows. They claim to replace the carpet, but there are huge black spots everywhere. You could easily break in the back door and we did this from time to time when we forgot our key. There was mildew in the bathroom that they just painted over. When we moved out of there we realized we had more energy, because we werent breathing that in and getting sick. The rent was outragous. The bathroom was really small and had no outlets. The only thing good about this apartment is the location and the parking. Other than that this place was horrible.
