this place is pure hell. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/26/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   When i first moved in everything seemed fine. but soon after the mold that has been simply painted over in the bathroom started to show through. spiders are everywhere! a raccoon nested in my heating duct. and everytime the heat kicked on all of its bedding would fly out of all the vents. the mantainance took about a week to get the raccoon out of my apartment because everytime i called they thought it was a prank and said that my apartment number doesnt even exsist....which it definitely does the young lady at the front desk is just an air head. the raccoon is now out but i can still hear him crawling and scratching around in the attic every day. they claim to have put in new carpet but when i moved in my room still smelled of cat urine. i clean about 3 times a week and nothing ever seems clean. theres a family below me with small children that run around, cry, and scream at all hours of the night. there is dog ---- everywhere. the outdoor and hallway lighting is always going out and it will take days to weeks to be fixed. i am honestly scared to death of doing laundry here. the laundry room is like a scene from arachnophobia. everyone that lives here are older folks or younger couples with kids. im 18 and everyone hear refuses to talk to me except for this mentally challaged woman a door down who asks me the same thing everytime i see her. "what can i do about my psoriasis'" anyways i highly recommend not living here. unless you like spiders, raccoons, unfriendly neighbors, and walking a miles to your apartment because of little parking. and the little parking is not available because of immobile vehicles that need to be towed.
