I lived here for the last year and found little wrong with these apartments. I never had a problem with insects (other than in the garage). I always had a parking spot because I had a garage. There always seemed to be other places to park on the entrance road for people who did not have a garage. I lived in the shadyside section of pittsburgh before this and we were broken into. I never had a problem with this living in governors ridge. The only reason I moved out is because I graduated college and have a job in washington dc where I will be paying twice as much per month in rent (750-->1500). Its hard to find a decent apartment around there for cheaper than this with a garage and two bedrooms.

The only negative thing that I can comment on is that the apartments are pretty old, but the people there seem to be making some sort of an effort to consistently provide renovations.
