I rented a townhome durring the fall of 2005. The place was never cleaned or painted before I moved in. The carpeting was old and smelled like mildew (even after they steamed cleaned it). The walls are paper thin. I could actually hear the people next to me sneezing, coughing, thier television, thier conversations... Some of the people who lived near me were on section 8 and HUD, they never worked and totaly neglected thier place. They would stay up till 2am and 3am outside drinking. They were storing garbage in thier garage, because they were too lazy to carry it to the dumpsters. I kept finding traces of rodents in my townhome. Bread bags chewed into, pasta bags and boxes chewed into... it was disgusting! I broke my lease only a few months into it. Most of the exterior is in need of serious repair. They seemed to only "bandaid" problems here. Take my advice.... keep looking.

I totally agree 100%, I remember seeing many dead mice behind the buildings while walking my dog.
