THE COMPLEX IS OLD AND IT SHOWS ITS AGE. I DO NOT THINK IT IS UP TO CODE ON A LOT OF THINGS. THE ONLY GROUNDED PLUGS ARE IN THE KITCHEN,THE BATHROOM HAS 1 PLUG, AND THE PLUMBING IS 1960'S VINTAGE. THE INSIDE IS NOT BAD(TOWNHOUSE) AND IT HAS NEWER APPLIANCES AND A GARBAGE DISPOSAL. THE STAFF IS GOOD, ESPECIALLY THE MAINTENANCE STAFF. HE(ED) ALWAYS FIXED ANYTHING I ASKED FOR IMMEDIATELY WITH NO COMPLAINT AND NO HASSLE. I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE NEIGHBORS, IN FACT THEY MOSTLY STAY TO THEMSELVES. PARKING IS ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS, ESPECIALLY FOR THE APARTMENTS. THE TOWNHOUSES HAVE A GARAGE, BUT THEY GET BLOCKED SOMETIMES BY THE APARTMENT DWELLERS WHO HAVE NO PLACE TO PARK. YOU CAN FIND NICER PLACES CHEAPER. LOCATION IS NICE THOUGH, JUST MINUTES FROM DOWNTOWN AND ROSS PARK. MCNIGHT ROAD IS A NIGHTMARE WHEN IT IS BUSY.
