Good place

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
After living in a complex down the road, this one very is good. Yes the wiring is out of date for most modern Electronics, but there are ways to work around that. The grounds are kid friendly, neighbors are decent. The noise is low. Maintenance is quick to respond.
