Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
Lived in a townhouse for too many years. The list of problems is to long to write but heres a few. Foundation leaks, sewer backups, bugs!!!, you can here everything going on next door, mold, dog crap everywhere, kids that dont care if they run in front of cars or just stand in the street. To top it off an incompetent landlord who is never there, says things will be fixed or replaced then it never is or is done one year later. Hires bad contractors to do simple jobs that take to long and normally end up incomplete or falling apart. Dont even think of getting your deposit back.
