The good and bad
From: cuzzywaDate posted: 9/9/2009
Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
The Good: The location is amazing (5 min from downtown, shopping glore on McKnight road). Safe neighborhood. Concrete walls -Very quiet- never hear a peep from next door. Allow pets- especially large dogs. Parking is never a problem.
The Bad: Creepy centipedes found in the apartment daily. Broken windows that they keep putting off on replacing (6mon now... ugh). Laundry room is in disgusting/bug infested/filthy basement of building. Outdated and Dirty interior. Pool/workout room at sister complex a few miles away.
Those are the facts...
So, it all depends on what you're looking for :)
