I didn't live there but the place is very nice, with the exception of their managment. The managment company, McKinney, is very very inconsiderate and not the least bit understanding or helpful. If you have any problems, esp. financially, don't look for them go give you any break. If you do, you'll be dissapointed.
Good luck and I hope you do find an apartment, just not a McKinney apartment.
