Apartments are nice but everything in them is really cheap. Nothing seems to work right. The woman who runs the building (Kathy) is probably the biggest bummeling idiot I have ever met. Is nice as hell when she's showing you the place but as soon as you move in she's just a miserable person. Is never in the office. I have no idea how she has a job. She is a complete and utter failure in terms of managing the building.

George and the other maintenance guy are actually very nice, despite what you may read on here. Once you get to know them they are great guys and always willing to help out if they can.

Gas bill makes absolutely no sense. They divide it by all 80 units in the building. So to get this straight, you don't have your own gas meter and you have to pay for gas you basically don't use. We didn't pay the gas bill for about 5 months just to prove a point.
