I have enjoyed living at Grandview Pointe Apartments for over three years. The location is great and I can go any direction in about the same amount of time. This does not limit my access to shopping and businesses in the Pittsburgh area.

I love my two bedroom two bathroom apartment. The apartment is large and bright and I also enjoy my balcony.

The building is always clean and well maintained and response to my request for maintenance is always done in a timely manner.

When I have issues about the valet parking people, the staff at Grandview Pointe does their best to help.

Guest parking is limited at Grandview Pointe but this was explained to me before I moved in to my apartment. The staff would try to accommodate my guests if they had vacant parking spaces available. Anyone familiar with living on Grandview Ave or Mt Washington knows that parking is limited but the location outweighs these issues

The staff at Grandview Pointe has always been helpful and friendly.
