I've lived in a 2-bedroom apartment here for
2.5 years and a 1-bedroom for 2.5 years. One
thing to note about the 1-bedroom apartments
is that they are all on the lowest level
and therefore only have windows on one side
of the apartment; not the case with the
2-bedrooms and up. I felt pretty secluded
living in the 1-bedroom that I did, with
really no view at all... which
was both a good and a bad thing for me.
Additionally, my 1-bedroom periodically saw insect visitors, since it was on the ground level and so close to the forest.
Otherwise... I've really enjoyed living in
this complex. Maintenance was consistently
excellent. Office staff was friendly,
helpful, and understanding. Location of
the property was ideal, I felt. Close to
I-79 and the parkway. About 10-15 minute
drive from the airport and robinson areas.
Very close to downtown pgh. Small walk
to public transportation at front of property.
Always felt safe.
