Amazing From: wedgedgravy Date posted: 6/14/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   This place is fantastic. I signed my lease for a third year. Here's why: - I never hear my neighbors. It is very quiet. - I feel very safe living here. - The management of this property is the best I have ever seen. - Maintenance is Johnny on the Spot(It may take a day or two, but they are quick). - I have a very large balcony to enjoy the cool summer evenings. - My neighbors are very nice. - They have a pool. - Everything but electric is included in the rent. No $700 gas bills in the winter. - The new owners remodeled the whole complex. It looks amazing and shows they care. - Most of all, the community is located right in the heart of the city.
