Greenbriar Village

A nice place to live From: ladykay Date posted: 9/12/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   We are a senior couple and grandaughter who have found Greenbriar Village to be a nice place to live. What I like best is the maintenance. It is excellent. Kevin and Steve are always not only willing, but eager to fix any problems we have. Having been a previous homeowner, I really appreciate their friendly, positive attitude. We live in a three bedroom townhouse with a great floor plan. For any family with a handicapped person the floor plan really works. Other good features are the abundance of closet space,gas included in the rent, and a bathroom on each of the 3 floors. Kathy and Judy are very helpful. When we first moved here we were still in the process of selling our house in Virginia. They kindly received and sent faxes for us until we got our computer set up. The office staff is friendly and always ready to help. The only things I am not really pleased with is the exterior material on the buildings, the carpet in our townhouse is very worn, and it would be nice to have a playground or someplace for the children to play. Overall, this is a very nice place to live, close to downtown but in a quiet woodsy setting.
