EXCELLENT PLACE, EXCELLENT STAFF From: 14KP40 Date posted: 7/14/2006 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2006   We have been living at Greenbriar for over 6 yeras and NEVER had any problem with maintenance, cleanliness, or management. The staff is very hardworking, friendly, courteous, and customer-oriented. They have accommodated our requests in a very friendly and helping manner. We never noticed any racism in their approach, even though we are a minority. We have read some negative comments, but our experience has been very very positive. Even though the property is a bit old, we will continue to stay here so long as we are in Pittsburgh because of the office staff and the maintenance staff. They are also doing an extensive remodelling of the property. Good for all of us!! The responsiveness of the maintenance staff is very prompt. Never seen such a good team.
