Just love this place

After living here for one year, my roommate and I had NO problem signing our lease for another year. Honestly, we love this place. For the price, you get a fantastic location (downtown, in robinson, or at south hills village with ease), great staff and maintenance (I mean stuff fixed the very next day that I called about the night before), nice clean apartments...just an overall wonderful place to live. Granted, this isn't the newest property in town, so don't come expecting the utmost modern conveniences of a 2000/month Southside works loft, but for how long it's been around, they've done an amazing job with it. The smallest of details would be that the noise level between apartments is a bit of an issue at times, but honestly, that'd be about my only "complaint." There's a nice little pool, they just put new siding on all the buildings to clean up the outward appearance, and the grounds are kept looking attractive at all times (and always quick clearing of snow and leaves.) We had new carpet and new stove when we moved in, and when we called about our dishwasher not functioning properly, we had a new one installed within a week. The Scott police cruise through our parking lot on a regular basis, and I've never, as a 20 something female, felt unsafe. Every apartment has a balcony or patio, and that just makes it that much easier to enjoy the almost "campground" like feel of the complex, which is how many of my visiting friends described it. For being so close to the city, you'd never know it, and that's ideal for us. Great for young professionals, younger (smaller) families starting out, and singles. Overall, Greenbriar has made us feel welcome, and we're happy to spread the good word.
