I haven't been here a year yet and I am already looking to move out. The place is amazing and the location is great, but if you enjoy sleep, stay away. My bedroom is on the main floor and you can hear anything that goes on outside in the patio, downstairs in the living room, or in the bedroom directly above the large bedroom. Anytime anyone walks around in the bedroom above the large room, I think the floor is about to cave in. And my roommates or neighbors are out on their patio talking, you can comprehend word for word what their conversation entails.
I think the only time I have had a good nights sleep was when I am drunk and I pass out, sick and take night time medicine, or when the roommates are out.
