It was called "Pine Tree Garden Apartments" while I lived there and I wouldn't reccomend it to anyone. The rent was really cheap but we only lived there as a last resort. The neighborhood was bad, the problems were never fixed, there was asbestos in the laundry room, they almost never salted the sidewalks in winter, there is a pest problem, Janet is rude and will lie to you, we were threatened at gun point by other tennants because we complained about their music waking up our baby all the time. Our oven never worked... six months of putting in work orders for it to get fixed and they still never did it. Our pipes were faulty and never fixed after six months of putting orders in for that too. The one maitenence guy who did his job was fired after three days. All of our possesions got destroyed in that place because of water damage and mold because of their neglect and all we got back for it was our lousy deposit.
