Don't be fooled by the first impression. The apartments where the office is, is well kept and well maintained. BUT, everything else is gradually detoriating condition and forgotten.
The parking lots has large pot holes and water collects in the holes. Off street parking is inconvienient and the on street parking is very limited. Garage parking is for a monthly fee ($30/month). Mangement is very unorganized and neglectful. The streets are very narrow, only one lane traffic, and in the winter it poses a real hazzard, especially since it is never plowed.
You get very little for the overpriced rent and the rent increases every lease renewal and the quality deminishes.
It's in a quiet neighborhood and a very nice community. It's in the center of everything, but the noisy neighbors and large amounts of college kids poses a small problem.
