Horrible Place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/7/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   This apartment was deplorable. The carpet faded onto clothing if you sat on the floor. It was stated that if you signed a year lease, you received a free air conditioner... NOT! We were told they were out and we'd have to "rent" one. The maintenance issues were never fixed - doors that didn't shut, broken toilet seat, stove that constantly smelled like gas. Personal safety is not something the management cares about in this complex... RUN - don't walk to another complex.
