Bad, Bad Place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/24/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   This place is one of the worst places I have ever lived. Vicki Lowry is the most money sucking women, she has taken money from laundry rooms at all hours of the night. It is dirty and not kept up at all. I spoke with a workman and said that he received money from Vicki for giving her high estimates and then pocketing the money. This is ridiculous!!! The health department needs to look into the disgusting living conditions. Roaches are not supposed to be roommates. I have lucked out by moving away from the mold before I died from it.
