I lived there and it was the hardest decision I ever made to move in 2004 to be out of the city as the city tax is high but it is not the landlord fault. Why I said hardest decision is that I enjoyed my apt despite few minor problems. I moved in 1997 and the landlord was Marlene then and she was the most nicest person to help a hearing impaired person moving in. They even put flashing lights for me to hear the doorbell as the doorbell is not in my hearing zone range. Any problems with the apt the maintance staff are there within a few hours and I was amazed when I went out to get the mail, I locked my door by accident. It was Saturday evening and I called the emrgency number for the building and the guy came in 10 minutes to let me in.

Vicky took Marlene's place and I recalled no trouble with her when I had a problem or situation. The heat was not on right away but I had enough blanket and it come on when the temp is under 40 with those raditors but I can be wrong if Vicky read this as I am not an expert on heat. After reading a lot of reviews stating that she is nasty and troublemaker, I never had any trouble with her and she is a nice person to contact so trust me that those responses may be the result of misunderstanding.

I still miss the place but love the new place not in the city. If Greentree Village was really in Greentree, I would stay as there is no city tax!!!!

2004 was different managers there- not this stupid so called- manager- Vicki. No maintanence on site- no plowing roads, forget about cleaning sidewalks, cold in apartments........and more
