Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2009
 
Refugee camp is there..Roaches, 8-10 people to an apt, no one speaks English.Vicky Lowery the complex manager does not care. Childern go to the bathroom on hallway floors.They even being seen with dead birds. Your choice. It was nice at one time.
