Best place I found in oakland (Short term leases) From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/8/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   After looking for several months for a place with short term leases this is the only place that was able to fit my needs. I think they charge 50 a month extra for a short term lease. Parking is 45 a month for indoor garage parking wiht assigned spots. Holly is the new manager and is very friendly and in the office downstairs from 8-5 m-f. At nights John comes in and sits in the office monitoring the building keeping people out that shouldn't be in. The heat in the building is paid for and my apartment has been 73 all winter long. The apartments on the ends of the halls are the best in the building so try and get one of those and you'll be happy.
