I moved into this Apt for 5 months for a short term job in Pittsburgh.
This is the best deal for a short term, hassle free living.
Right in the middle of the best locations in Pittsburgh. 10 min from South side, 7 min from the Strip, 3 min from Shadyside.
3 min from pharmacy, restaurants, grocery, gas....etc..

No long term lease(3 months max)... I extended my lease for 3 more months but had to leave early. The staff immediately found a replacement to take over my lease.
The entire Deposit amount was also returned.

Fully furnished - couch, computer table and chair, bed and mattress(I would recommed your own) with Cookware and dishes.
Laundry on site $1.25 for washing & drying each.
Parking extra for $50 per month(Street parking is a small hassle at night - but $50 extra for peace of mind - worth it)

Apt range from $450-$550. I had a studio Apt which I HIGHLY recommend(Corner Apts with prefix A,B,C or D - $500).It was well ventillated with a good view. Other options include the 1 bedroom Apt.Personally I felt the Other lower priced Apts are very small - like a hole in the wall, so its worth the $50-$100 upgrade.

No bums, no neighbour hassles, no noise from adjacent apts.(except for opening and closing doors)....ofcourse there were cooking smells off and on in the hallways, but i guess that the same case with most Apt bldgs.

Overall HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
