You've Been Warned! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/6/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   From reading some of the other reviews, I get the impression that the reviewers must have stayed here at some time in the distant past. The building manager, one Shannon Gross, simply does not respond to any tenant problems whatsoever. She is terribly irresponsible and lazy. I understand that the previous manager was much better qualified for the position. The building has become much dirtier and more unkempt since I moved in just a few months ago. The average tenant was, at that time more likely to be a student. Now said tenant is more likely to be a drug dealer. I was not warned before moving in but you have been. Please! Heed this warning!
