I agree with just about everything said below. Some really disgusting excuses for human beings living here, and big deal being able to walk places if the only places you can walk to are either into an adjoining neighborhood where you're sure to be gunned down at any moment or into a section of the city that has absolutely nothing to do. Noise and weird smells everywhere. Fake staff that acts like your best friend when they run into you while walking the property with potential tenants, but otherwise couldn't give a damn about you. Certainly not worth the outrageous rent. Buy a house.

Loft style living appeals to urbanites that expect the sights and sounds of the city. Our North Shore neighborhood is a mix of industrial, residential and commercial, so commonly found in older urban settings. And, the north shore area of Pittsburgh is a neighborhood transitioning to include popular sports and entertainment venues. We expect our staff to be respectful and considerate of our residents at all times and prefer to hear from our residents when they have a concern. Anonymous complaints do not give us the chance to check specific issues to objectively pursue positive courses of action.
