Good location, but you can hear EVERYTHING.

The Heinz Lofts certainly offer a great location. However, the "cool factor" of living at the Lofts comes at a high price in many ways. First, you can hear EVERYTHING from side neighbors right through the walls. Second, the windows are poorly insulated and the heat runs off of the hot water heater. As a result, in the winter, it is not possible to keep your apartment warm and take a hot shower. Third, the rent is high. Think twice before choosing to live here. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
