The location is absolutely perfect for quiet CMU students. The tennis court nearby is a great asset, especially for dog exercising. The prices are quite low here compared to W.C.'s shadyside apts. Wood floors and stained glass are nice features.

Expect 80-degree temps with very dry air in the winter. If you're from India, you'll love it, otherwise you'll have every window open and wear shorts. And those radiator controls you see on the tour are useless.

Other tenants are friendly and quiet. Only a few children and dogs (pets are allowed, but with a giant fee).

As for roaches, 3 American Cockroaches (the big kind) entered my unit over one year, so take that as you will. These big guys lived in the dumpster outside. They came in when it was raining somehow. The basement is a little infested with the smaller roaches, but they spray monthly (which is when you see all the dead ones).

Finally, they pick up the trash WAY too early (5am) and LOUDLY. Try not to live on the dumpster-side of the building. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
