Excellent place to live. The apartment is spacious, the landscaping is probably the best in the city, and the people are great. They pay for the utilities, and it works out to be a great deal. I love it also because it is perfect for pet owners, there is so much room to walk your dog, and people keep it clean. This is the perfect spot for young professionals, grad students, and people that want to live in the city, but have a nice place with a huge yard.
