I have just moved in and I couldn't be MORE pleased. We were having problems with our A/C working. I called the office and someone was out the same day. When he couldn't fix it, they called a professional A/C company, and they fixed it.
We received a card in the mail from Elaine (office staff) that said Welcome. This is something small, but it lets you know that they are taking the time to say thank you. (that's rare now days).
The townhome is spacious and there is lot more room than our old apartment. The biggest PLUS is the rent is a lot less than what we were paying for a lot more room.
If you are looking to move, PLEASE look here. They have something for everyone, and you will be happy with your decision.
