they dont like to listen to you when something goes worng. they just ignor you untill you pester them enough to take care of the problem. It is such a hasel no one should have to go through with that. there have been silver fish bugs in the apartment since we have movied in and they had to replace our tolet in the first two months of moving in. They told us that we were liying about everything so becareful make sure that everything is good.

They are doing the same to us now, they don't want to fix anything, miss their maintenance appointments without calling to reschedule. They say we are lying about all of the bugs. A pipe broke and when they came out their own maintenance man said that the houses are falling down due to being built without allowing the ground to settle, when a neighbor called to ask them, they said no it wasn't true we were very safe. The windows need replaced in all the townhomes because of structure issues and they will not close at all, they refuse to fix them because they say it will cost too much yet they have upped the rent several times since we moved in. Noise levels in the other townhomes are awful no one will do anything.
