At first we were very pleased with this apartment. But then we discovered that our upstairs neighbors apparently don't have jobs or sleep and we can hear every sound they make; even their TV can be heard clearly in our apartment. We approached the rental office to see if they would intervene, they told us we should handle it ourselves and approach the people ourselves. So we have learned to sleep with our A/C blower on all night in order to sleep. Also, recently I opened our gas grill on a patio to find a huge rat staring me in the face. It took 2 calls to the rental office for them to finally say they have done something. Oh, also it took 3 visits from the plumber to fix our kitchen sink/garbage disposal, which they eventually had to replace. You have to pay for all the amenities, including the fitness center that they boast, the pool and $40 a month or $480 a year rent for a pet. Also, lately we have had alot of power outages and there is no emergency lighting in the hallways. There could definitely be more lighting around the apartments. Keep looking!! AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
