My roomate and I stayed for a 6-month lease. We found the building nice and well-appointed, not super fantastic but nicer than most other apartments. It's in a great location (right near the Ft. Pitt Tunnels) and getting in and out of the city was easy. We loved the office staff and only needed the maintenance man 2 times, both for tub-backup but he showed up quickly and fixed the problem. We both thought it was a great place, safe, and good for the price involved.
