Overall these are pretty decent apartments ina quiet and pretty decent area. However, I can hear every thing my neighbor upstairs does. From sitting on the couch, getting off the couch, walking to the bathroom, everywhere, and even though I have my TV loud I can still hear a conversation from downstairs as clear as if it were in my own living room. So, if you're hearing impeared, I recommend Hyland Hills Apartments. If, however you have barely able to hear to moderate hearing, these apartments will boil your blood and make you hate your neighbors. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
