I have only lived here for 3 months, but I highly recommend it. I have talked with neighbors that have lived here for 15 years or something like that. I feel the price is a little high, but if I were to get the other benifits (membership to the gym and tanning beds) it would more than make up for it. I definatley recommend this to anyone looking to live close to the city but not to the crime.
