I can only confirm what has been already said in other reviews. Incompetent maintenance and overall management is poor. The noise level is a very serious problem as others have stated. Walls and floors are thin as paper when it comes to sound. The cost to use the limited number of washers and dryers is also ridiculously expensive. And they do have retarded being cared for in several apartments which have now become offices. Of course they didn't bother to inform tenants presently living there and those who have in the past year. They deserved to get sued with a nice big nasty class action suit. I hope someone does sue them soon.
