Rent is way overpriced, managment is uncaring, maitenance is lazy and unresponsive, and the washers and dryers are beyond overpriced. 1.25 for a small loas to wash and then 1.25 for it to dry. Nighttime security is a joke, he is either not there or just allows anyone to drive through. Ceilings and walls are paper thin. Cigarette smoke fills up the hallways. And they charge 25 dollars for a 50 pound huge dog or my 5 pound tiny kitty. And my neighbors dog below me always barks and noone cares in the office about complaints. I've finally smarted up after living here a few years and moving out in March once my lease is up.
STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
