Management has always been very friendly and nice to me. Every issue I had they fixed up as soon as I let them know about it. The area is pretty safe and quiet. I would have to agree about paper thin walls but you get used to them in a month or so (it's an apartment complex from the 70's...what do you expect'). The rent is very affordable and bug-free.

My only complaint would be the guards. Completely unnecessary and a waste of my time and money.

The only reason I moved out was because I got a new job in another area, but if not for that, I would have stayed there until I was able to buy a house.
